Refund Policy

Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our weekly lawn care and landscaping services. This policy explains our Money Back Guarantee for our standard $40 weekly recurring service, along with general refund and cancellation terms.

 

Money Back Guarantee (Weekly Recurring Service)

​

We offer a weekly satisfaction guarantee on our weekly lawn maintenance service:
 

  • If you are not satisfied with the results of any given week’s service, we will refund the full amount for that most recent week upon your timely request.

  • You may cancel your recurring service at the same time as requesting the refund for the most recent week.

  • This guarantee applies only to the most recent billed week and cannot be applied retroactively to any prior weeks.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:
 

  • You must notify us within 48 hours after the service is completed for that week.

  • Your account must be in good standing with no past-due balances.

​

This guarantee is designed so that after you have received many weeks of service, you clearly know whether our program meets your expectations. If you reach a point where you are unhappy with a week’s service, we will refund that single most recent week and end the recurring service upon request.

General Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

  • Cancellation of Recurring Service: You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Services already performed or scheduled are non-refundable.
     

  • One-Time Projects or Add-On Services: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Final payments are due upon completion and non-refundable except in cases of our documented failure to complete the agreed scope of work.
     

  • Weather & Acts of God: If we cannot complete a scheduled service due to weather, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control, we will reschedule at no extra charge. No refunds are issued for weather-related delays or cancellations.
     

  • Client Responsibility: No refunds or credits will be given if dissatisfaction results from client actions or inactions, including (but not limited to): lack of watering/irrigation, pet waste or damage, vehicle traffic, construction activity on the property, client mowing or edging between our visits, application of other chemicals or fertilizers, or restricted access to the yard.
     

  • Late Notice Fees: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 trip charge, as our crews and equipment are already committed and dispatched.
     

  • Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card issuer without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of service and may lead to collection proceedings for any balance owed, plus applicable fees.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

​

Contact us by phone, text, or email with your account information and a description of the issue. We will respond within one business day to resolve the concern or process the approved refund.

​

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

​

Limitations

​

We guarantee professional service performed to industry standards, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as completely weed-free lawns (especially during peak germination periods), exact grass color/thickness, or total elimination of pests, as these depend on weather, soil conditions, and other environmental factors outside our full control. Normal wear and tear, seasonal changes, and acts of nature are not covered.

By maintaining service with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee. We reserve the right to update this policy with 30 days’ notice.
